At Frailey Woodworks, each piece is handmade to order in our North Texas Texas workshop. We handpick each board that we purhcase for our projects and select only the top 5% of Lumber sourced from our local hardwood suppliers.
All of our lumber is sustainabily harvested by FSC-certified suppliers.

We spent over a year refining the design of The Everyday Desk because we wanted something that would handle daily use for decades. Each desk is made by hand from premium hardwood with joinery and materials chosen to age well. It's the kind of piece that gets better with time and is meant to be an heirloom.

The Everyday Desk is made entierly out of solid wood, including the desk surface for optimal strength, beauty, and dimensional stability. The full desk is finished in hand-rubbed hardwax oil for a smooth, low-sheen surface that resists wear and enhances the natural grain of the wood.
