Shipping and Return Policy
Made-to-Order Policy
All Frailey Woodworks furniture—including record consoles, desks, tables, and bedroom furniture—is made-to-order and built specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
All sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, wood types, and customization options before placing an order. If you have questions about any product, please contact us at asher@fraileywoodworks.com before ordering.
Deposits & Cancellations
All orders require a 35% non-refundable deposit to begin production.
If you need to cancel your order after paying the deposit but before construction has started, we are unable to refund the deposit. Once construction begins, cancellations are not accepted and the full order amount is due upon completion.
Damaged or Defective Items
All of our pieces are fully insured during shipping. While we cannot accept returns on made-to-order furniture, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
Important: Please carefully inspect your furniture upon delivery before the delivery people leave. If you notice any damage or have concerns, immediately call James Frailey at 817.229.6515 to discuss the issue.
If damage occurs during shipping or your piece has a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it and ensure it ends up better than the original at no additional cost to you.
For documentation purposes, please also email photos of any damage to james@fraileywoodworks.com within 7 days of delivery along with your order number and description of the issue.
Shipping
Continental United States (Free Shipping):
All orders to the continental U.S. ship free via FedEx Freight or uShip (we select the shipper based on the piece type and delivery location). There is no cost difference between carriers.
Shipping timeline: 1-2 weeks after your piece is completed and the remaining balance has been paid.
Alaska & Hawaii:
We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but the customer is responsible for arranging their own shipping, communicating with the shipper, and paying all shipping costs.
If your piece requires crating, we offer professional crating services for an additional $600.
Once the piece is picked up by your chosen shipper, it is out of our hands and we carry no further responsibility for the shipment or delivery. The customer is responsible for all communication between Frailey Woodworks and the shipper.
International Shipping:
We do not currently ship internationally.

We build your custom piece (timeline varies by complexity)
Upon completion, remaining balance is due
Once paid, we arrange shipping (1-2 weeks to delivery)
